What is your return policy for snowboards and skateboards?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard has been assembled or a snowboard has been mounted with bindings, it is no longer eligible for return.

Do you offer professional skate sharpening or board waxing?

Yes, our retail locations provide full-service tuning, including hot waxing, edge sharpening, and base repairs for snowboards, as well as custom skateboard assembly.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?
